Imagine just one 10 story building with 80 classrooms equal to YALE or HARVARD plus a gym and pool attached , a parking lot for those who drive around the "campus building" that has plenty of parking and would NOT INTERFERE with students WALKING between classes INSIDE the Campus. Around the outside of the parking area can be camps housing. I will not tell you how to cut another few million of the cost of building this college.
